2008.....a last note..

Today is the last day of 2008. When I looked back, personally, I think I had a great year and no doubt, few things in my life need some improvement too. I must say that the most memorable time this year's were;

1) I was in tears on the 1st day Daniel entering the primary school (He’s 7 years old oredi!)
2) Trip to Singapore with Irwan, Midi & Nini
(the funniest one was when Irwan startled & screamed in the car!)
3) Collect key for my new apartment
(Bangga tu!)
4) Attended I think about 9 wedding receptions this year
(Not even one was mine! Hihihi..)
5) I have new 2 bosses to assist (my 1st boss is only 1 year older than me! Hahaha!)
6) Lots of money spent to renovate the apartment (Pergh!!! Ni yang paling tak tahan nih)
7) Holiday in KL with Nini & Kak Ija
(we actually check-in at Istana Hotel and spent time to explore KL sampai nak tecabut kaki!!)
8) I lost my roadtax registration card!
(insaf!)
9) I’ve spent hundreds of hour watching Korean dramas
(crazy! crazy! crazy!)
10) Watched “Twilight” movie for 3 times in a WEEK at the CINEMA
(BIG impact tu!! Penangan si Edward Cullen! crazy beb!!)

Another year to come…..I wish & pray that 2009 will bring me and my loved ones more prosperous life.

To end this year note, I like to post those wedding photos from all wedding reception that I have attended this year. The most memorable one was my cousin’s, Shima & hubby, Azam because I was the Maid of Honour! They just got a cute little baby boy recently (born prematurely but he’s doing fine now, alhamdullillah).

Wow! to myself - Korean Dramas

My Lovely Samsoon My Sweet Seoul How to meet the Perfect Neighbour 9 End 2 Outs

Anya a seyyok! Yapsayyo! Hello!!

If I studied Korean Language as my second language, I think I could speak this language fluently and have no problem to understand the language well!! It's because that I have spent hundreds of hour watching more than 30 Korean dramas!! I just can't believe myself...The addiction to watch their dramas is getting critical. Even though sometimes I tell myself not to watch any new one for at least 1 month, but I can't just help myself when the urge to "repeat" those favorite dramas sometimes meander in my mind (oh! I have few favorite title!!)

The most recent one that I just watched is "The Perfect Neighbour". Two thumbs up! It's a must watch drama. A romantic comedy that make you laugh till the end. On top of that, of course the hero is a good looking actor (Park Ji Hu). Oh!! I've posted the video clip here..even the song is nice too!

Well, I have few titles in my possesion that waiting for me.....Night after Night, 3 dads 1 mum, Sweet Bun, Glass Shoes (50 episodes! adoi! setahun le baru abis nengok nih!) etc etc...

Kamsahamida!

Dear Midi, Happy Birthday to you!

Hepi besday to you, Hepi besday to you, Hepi Besday to Pok Cik! Hepi Besday to youuuuuu!!!

I'm sure the most powerful voice I can hear was from Yuppies!! ha ha ha!!

Tonite all of us (Nini, Din & Yuppies) with the dress code theme is "RED", celebrated Midi's birthday in style. Ha ha ha!! We went to a restaurant, La Casa located at Desa Park City. Nice & cosy place for makan-makan. Good food.

We had a good time & laughed at most of the time. And the funniest part was during our photos session! Everyone trying to pose at their own best style. Even trying to look funny in the pics. I'm sure Midi & Nini will post these photos in their blog & facebook soon.

Dear friends...I think all of you are cool! I'm glad to have all of you as a friend...

p/s fyi, I've been knowing Midi since we were 10 years old! Lama tu!

What would you do if you bump into your Ex??

Got no time to blog for the past few weeks. But I really want to post this. It's for my personal remembrance...he he he.

Well! I saw my ex-bf 2 days ago! We haven’t seen each other for years. To my surprised he is still cute as everrrr....ha ha ha!! So, what would you do if you happen to bump into your ex?? Of course at first you'd wish that you'd look at the very best! (Nyesal lak tak pakai opis suit pagi tadi!! ish ish!)

If I were in the movie, I'm sure you would have seen those "clouds" flying on my head with word i.e. "adusss...! comel lagi ex-bf aku nih!" "eh eh! lipstick aku sememeh ke ?" "camna nak berdiri nih?!!" ha ha ha!!!

So, like pro, when he said hi to me, I pretend as if I don't even know him! (cheh!! Macam pelakon wanita terbaik yang baru menang award!). He looked surprise when he saw my "expression" and then he said;

"Sal, it's me, R**!"

I was like "Hey! Hi! how r u? U still recognise me ya?"
(cheh!! padahal aku dah perasan dia tadi lagi!)

He replied with a smile “of course I do”
(yeah..rite...)

After a little talk, we said goodbye...

Hmm….why I acted like that in the first place? Probably because as a woman my ego was high up to the sky... or probably because I know that he’s now happily married with children and I still happily single ( maybe la tu…..) but the truth is, I never forget him and so does he. He still wanna be my friend.

There’s no reason for us to forget each other as we had a history together. It’s just that during that time we have had to end our relationship for reasons.

Dear my ex-bf, I wish you have a happy life….and next year CNY don’t forget to give me the red angpau ok!

Dear Me, Happy Birthday!

A birthday wishes I received today from my partner in crime, Nini >> "One year older, Two years wiser!" Ha ha ha! I wish I was wiser 10 years ago! So, I can be "wisest" already! I realized that so many things that I dreamt & desired have yet materialized.

What does birthday mean to you? Hhmm…you must have your own interpretation right? Well, for me it is about my life is already shorten by one year…he he he….

Personally, I also do not want to live longer than 70 – 80 years old. Huh?! Why? I do not want to burden other people if during that time I were sick or slowly loss of memory & etc etc…. Anyway, at this point, I always foresee things in a positive way. So, I want to live at the fullest! Wink! Wink! ;-)

To my loved one and friends, thanks for your birthday wishes. I really appreciate it! Your SMSes make me cheerful all day. Mmmuah!! :-)

To my boss and colleague, thanks for the beautiful & lovely bouquet of Roses and Lily. I love it so much! xoxo

Ayat-Ayat Cinta by Rossa

Desir pasir di padang tandus
Segersang pemikiran hati
Terkisah ku di antara cinta yang rumit

Bila keyakinanku datang
Kasih bukan sekadar cinta
Pengorbanan cinta yang agung ku pertaruhkan

Maafkan bila ku tak sempurna
Cinta ini tak mungkin ku cegah
Ayat-ayat cinta bercerita
Cintaku padamu

Bila bahagia mulai menyentuh
Seakan ku bisa hidup lebih lama
Namun harus ku tinggalkan cinta
Ketika ku bersujud

21 Oct 2008 : A tribute to a man by the name of Fahrul Radzi

Thanks to thee for the great friendship
Thanks to thee for the last chance to say the last word
Thanks to thee for the waiting and the last glimpse

Solemnly, the feeling of loss suddenly filling-in inside me
A tear of sadness slowly flows in my heart
Thee, has finally left for eternity
No more cheerful smile
No more joyful laugh
No more words of advice

Farewell to thee, goodbye to thee
May thee sleep in peace, in embrace of Allah…

With love - MySal -

Al-Fatihah.

Alonso - Singapore F1 : Making History : 28 Sep 2009

Even though I'm not a crazy fan of F1 like Nini, but somehow, with some influence from her, I can't help myself to follow the race updates. I ended-up fall for Alonso! ha ha ha! But it's a bit disappointed that he decided to join back Renault after some issues with Mclaren team and Louis Hamilton ! (I hate this guy!)
Tonite, F1 race in Singapore and the 1st time race at night, Alonso has won his 1st champion after 2 years racing!
Thanks to Midi because allowing us (Nini, Shah and myself) to watch the race at his apartment! And also to cook for us for Buka Puasa. Your ayam masak lemak is superb! TQ! TQ!

22 August 2008

It’s our anniversary date. And the funny thing was, unintentionally both of us have forgotten about the date. We’ve been together for 4 years. We are so in love. Sometimes I wonder can we be more in love if we were married. People changed once they got married. I believe its must be because of the sudden changed in life. Commitments and responsibility would change the behavior maybe. I hope and wish that our love will cherish forever. Now I understood why a man and a woman want to find their true soul mates!

Internet Marketer

I like to browse internet and read about how internet marketer can be very successful in this field. I know if we really learn and follow their steps, of course I too, can be like them. Most of them made it sounds simple and easy. What stops me to sign up is the genuinity and sometime I'm wondering what's behind the trick. I found a website where this guy from Malaysia, Gobala Krishnan, who was broke and in debt is now a successful internet marketer. I now advertise his website in my blog. If you have time, read. Who knows it will inspire you to be like him! - MySal -

Singapore, here we come!

I'm very excited as today I will be travelling down to Singapore with Riezie, Yuppies & PC. Today & tomorrow is a public holiday as all Malaysian is celebrating Chinese New Year.

I would consider it's a short notice of planning as we just finalised everything ie accommodation & itinerary only this afternoon! Credit to Yuppies as he has prepared for us a color full brochure-like itinerary with a long list of places that we're going to visit. Riezie and I both have a good laugh when we first saw the itinerary, because why, as if that we have engaged a travel agency for planning for us! ha ha ha! Anyway, it's cool though....we could track our time!

Guys, I'm looking forward to spend our holiday together. Hope all of us will have a good time!

Bon Voyage!

Disneyland Tokyo

Today as of last year, I was in Disneyland, Tokyo. An entertainment and a fun place to visit with your friends & family. Even though it’s been a year, I still can remember the fun that I had when I was there. What I admire most was the warm and friendliness of Disneyland staff. They are very cheerful even though they’ve been working from day till night to entertain their visitor.

Among of all Disneyland in the world, Tokyo has the highest number of visitor that visits this place every year. You must believe it because that early morning there was already a big crowded of people and most of them are Japanese already started queuing at the ticket counter. If our tourist guide didn’t pre-order the ticket for us, I think we would have to queue at least for 1 hour for our turn!

I was there from they first opened the gate till at night when Disneyland is closed. And the best thing is I don’t feel tired at all. Maybe because of the weather is cold and the non-stop entertainment activities that make me forget of the time.

Since the place is soooo big, I don’t think I have discovered all of the places. However, I feel very satisfied because never in my dream I would be here in Disneyland. I would definitely visit Disneyland Tokyo again but this time I’ll make sure I’d bring all my family and experience the fun.

The end....

It's so hard & hurt to say goodbye to someone that was so precious to you. Somehow, we can't be holding-on into each other for so long. Indeed, it was a beatiful love stories....the end...

“I got it from Tokyo! I got it from Tokyo!”

I'm so happy today because my friend who just got back from Tokyo bought for me a Pilsner & Hurricane glass, exclusively from Planet Hollywood, Tokyo! I like to collect such glasses as a personal collection.

My interest started when I first bought a Pilsner glass from Hard Rock Cafe at Surfer Paradise in Gold Coast. I was there for holiday in 2005. To add on to my collection, I also bought those glassess in HRC & PH at Kuala Lumpur.

Last year, when I was in Tokyo, I didn’t know that Planet Hollywood was just opposite Disneyland. Due
to time limitation and on top of that I was at foreign country, I have to forget my wish to go to Planet Hollywood or Hard Rock Café just to buy those glasses. Until last week, when I heard my friend is visiting Tokyo, I jump into my chance and got her to buy it for me.
Thanks Mas!
